Completion of the 30 hours post license for salespersons within the st six months of licensure for active licensees and within year for inactive licensees.
Broker Requirements--C Completion of a 60 clock hour course approved by the Commission p holding an active salesperson's license for 24 of the 36 months prior to application. Applicants must take and pass the Broker's examination within 6months of course completion.
Every two years a total of fifteen (15) clock hours of continuing education prescribed by the Commission is required for renewal of an active license These hours must be completed by September 30th of every even year. The fifteen hour continuing education course requirement is as follows: (3hrs) RiskMgnt: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer (12hrs) in Commission approved courses.
Reciprocal Salesperson Requirements Completion of the Commission-approved 6 hour Reciprocal Salesperson Prelicense course covering Alabama License Law. Applicant must take and pass the Reciprocal salesperson's examination on Alabama License Law within 6 months of course completion.
Reciprocal Broker Requirements Completion of the Commission-approved 6 hour Reciprocal Broker Prelicense course covering Alabama License Law. Applicants must take and pass the Reciprocal Broker's examination on Alabama License Law within 6 months of course completion.
